Lambs' ears, Lambs' tails

Lambs' ears - no plant was better named than this one. A mat-forming, spreading perennial with very hairy grey leaves and wooly pink flowers throughout the summer. Ideal as an edging or a ground cover, and much loved by children because of its texture. Prefers well-drained soil and full sun. Cut back flowers after flowering, and remove any dead or brown bits in the winter. Young plants in small 9cms pot.
