Purple sage

A small, aromatic shrub used in cooking, just like ordinary sage, in stuffing, sausages, stews and with meat. It is also said to have many medicinal properties. Sage likes a dry soil in full sun. The young purple leaves contrast well with the lilac flowers. Irish grown, hardy. 11cms pot. Please note, items displayed on this website may not be available in each of our shops.
