A general purpose growing media suitable for most plants, fruit and vegetables, also seeds & cuttings. It is a carefully blended mix of peat, loam and fertiliser. The added John Innes (soil) helps to retain and release nutrients easily. The open structure of the compost makes it a good general purpose compost and allows for easy drainage, but is also easy to re-wet.
