Rock rose

A compact evergreen shrub, grown for its masses of white flowers in summer. This attractive rock rose makes a low spreading shrub, 60-90 cms in height. It is a very useful for a particularly dry spot such as bank or a rockery, where its spreading habit means it covers a good area with little trouble. There's a yellow centre at the centre of each flower, each of which has lovely papery petals. Long-flowering and easy to grow, Cistus like well-drained soil and plenty of light. The compact habit of this rock rose makes it useful for the small-medium sized garden or anyone who wants an attractive, low maintenance shrub. 2-3 litre container.
