Globe artichoke

A delicious, easy-to-grow and attractive vegetable. Plant in most soils and harvest the vegetables in summer. Boil in lightly salted water and eat the fleshy part of the leaves dipped in melted buter or Vinagrette. And if you don't remember to pick the artichokes, let them stay on the plant and allow them to flower. Plants sold in 2L pot.
